I am having my 16th birthday party and it's going to be BIG! so I wanted to got out for dinner to a fancy restaurant but we do have a budget so my parents said not too expensive. There will be 6 of my friends there including me and it has to be pretty close to Burnaby and can be in Vancouver. If anyone know it will be greatly appreciated! Also if anyone knows a dinner/dance restaurant that's cool for a girls sweet sixteenth birthday party for her and her friends that's fancy but inexpensive than that would be absolutely PERFECT!
