Does anyone know any bars or clubs that you can hire out for cheap?

I am looking for a bar or a club that I can hire out for my birthday party however some of my friends are 18 and I would love them to come too. Ideally I would like the venue in either central london or west london
 
It's hard to hire a bar/club in central london for cheap,
as it is VERY popular for its clubs/bars/birthday parties.
Anyways west london/south west would be a good place,

Get hold of a copy of the London Pub Guide or the CAMRA Good Beer Guide. Both should list pubs with function rooms for hire.

Revolution bars can be hired out for a reasonable price and you can reduce that price or add to it depending on what else you want along with the venue.
 
sorry, wrong country.. i may know some in Sydney though.. lol..

Question, is it legal to drink in england when you are 18? or what age? cos i know it's 21 is america... and that would suck.. lol
