If so I need help please! My 16 year old daughter just bought her first car, yesterday, it was sold "as is" well today we noticed oil on the ground. Took it to an Auto shop and was told it needs an Oil Pan and a Transmission Pan. Waiting for an estimate on those repairs but was told it could cost up to $700.00, well she doesn't have that kind of money. Would she be entitled to her money back? even though it was sold "as is"? Please help!
