Has anyone heard of or used a product from Ayrstone called AyrMesh that is supposed to boost your Wi-Fi signal and connect both wired (Ethernet) devices and wireless components to your network? It costs about $250 for each hub and seems like a really good deal for use on our farm for long range computer usage.
