Does anyone know a recipe for cookies made with cooked rice?

How about rice pudding?

* 3/4 cup leftover cooked rice
* 3/4 cup milk
* 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1/4 cup sliced or crushed nuts
* 1 teaspoon honey

DIRECTIONS

1. Stove-top Directions - Combine rice, milk and cinnamon in a small saucepan. Turn heat to medium and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer gently for 4 to 5 minutes, until milk is thicker and rice is a bit creamy. To serve, place in a bowl, top with almonds and drizzle with honey.

I have some leftover rice that no one seems to want to eat. The rice is only cooked, lightly salted, plain, with no spices or additions.

Can someone please tell me a recipe for a cookie or a muffin or something sweet like that that will allow me to use up this rice.

Please, no recipes with rice krispies or rice flour. Also, I only have a food processor, nothing else, so try to keep the recipe simple if you can.

It doesn't have to be traditional, it could be a recipe you've made up on the spot, but I'm hoping that it can be edible.

Thanks everyone!
Preferably cookies or a crunchy form of desert. Rice pudding is a good option, but I prefer something baked.
