Does anyone know a lawyer that has sucessfully sued Costco?

I was just scammed by them with the false 70 off tire scam, i had several employees verify I was right but the supervisor won't honor the ad. it is a bait and switch all the way, don't believe the link and if you already bought it don't do what I did listen to the employees till your tires are put on. Anyways I was scammed and they won't honor their employees word and not one gesture of kindness basically ha ha we gotcha! No wonder they are advertising the same ad again for the 70 off michelain tires they give you BF goodrich and even though the link and employee will tell you yes that is the ad they wont honor it, some i am sure actually get the sale, enought to cover up the scam they are pulling! So if you know any lawyer that has successfully sued them i would really appreciate it!
