I've been browsing the web for about 30 minutes with no luck. I'm too the point that I'm losing it at work. I can't deal with anything anymore without trembling and chest getting tight. I'm seeing a therapist for the first time on Monday but until then I'd really like to chat with some others that understand where I'm at. I'm 25 yrs old, the youngest manager in my industry in the pacific northwest and help take care of my grandparents mother, friend, plus a struggling business on top of going to school, extremely tight finances and a myriad of other issues. I've always been the "strong" one and never thought I would get to this point. Can't cope with anything anymore.
Does anyone know a good online chat room support for anxiety issues?
