is this public record? what about tax court judges and district court judges? does anyone know the difference from civil court and criminal court?as governor my address was public record(FEDERAL ELECTION COMMISSION DISCLOUSER),and my income and property also,in awaiting return of money(billions) and property.DERIAN DOUGLAS HICKMAN .
