Does anyone have uneven heating problems with the Frigidaire Ceramic Top Stove oven?

Everything I put in my oven burns on the bottom before the top browns, on any degrees, on any rack. I have not used the broiler, just the oven. It is impossible to bake bread or cakes because of this. Any advice?????
