Does anyone have the UK DVD of Stephen King's I.T ?

Can you tell if in the beginning when the little girl sees IT do you see the monster dragging her away or is it the same old version we always see were it shows the mother screaming before cutting to the wheels on the bike spinning? I could describe other scenes but since that is right at the beginning i am sure people would be able to remember. I am just trying to figure out if Warner Bros has indeed released the uncut version in some countrys or if it has only just been shown on TV that one time in 1998. Thanks.

I've only got my version that I recorded from the telly the other week and its just the spinning wheels.

IT is one film/series that could do with a remake I think - as long as they can get Tim Curry back as pennywise :)

It should be being redone as a big HBO series, not as a film. Anyone who knows the book knows there's so much depth to it, much more than made it into the 1990 (I think it was then) mini-series. And it neeRAB to have a strong content level. A film will just strip it to the basics and it will feel like just any other pedestrian horror.

No-one can improve on Tim Curry as Pennywise anyway. It's impossible.
