Does anyone have the Palm Treo Pro with T-Mobile?

I was wondering if one can just pop the Sim Card in and use it... I want to get it for my boyfriend for christmas... he has T-mobile.
Dell.com is selling it as "unlocked" so I was not sure if that means it has a slot of a sim card.
