Does anyone have good calf, thigh, shoulder and arm exercises?

I'm a volleyball player and I need some good exercises to strengthen my calves, thighs, shoulders and arms.
I have a big collection of ab workouts, I'm pretty good there. I'm just looking for exercises to improve my jump (calves and thighs) and just get stronger upper body strength in general, because I'm not as strong as I would like to be.
