Does anyone have for Ford F150 truck tires?

Our saab just recently stopped running,and I and my husband have been sharing a 15 year old F150 used truck.Have been breaking down and the treads and tires are SHOT. We don't have money for another car,and it's expecially hard to afford Christmas this year.My daughter and I were in a gas station the other day,and we were going to leave when we started sliding into the highway.SCARIEST THING I'VE EVER GONE THROUGH. Both me and my husband's work is about an hour and a half away. And so we use it to travel that far 4 times a day. If you can sell us a cheap car in good shape or just simply give us a low price for good for Ford F150 tires...Bless your heart and soul.
