Does anyone have code answers for diagnostics on a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi?

I have a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi and just got diagnostics code readings of p0406 and p1521. Does anyone know what the error related to these codes would be? Thanks.
