I have tried everything from Ammolock to other chemicals. The Nitrites and Nitrates are fine. It's just the ammonia. I have also done a 50% water change and added Stress Zyme but nothing is working! HELP before my fish die!

You have ammonia since you never tank cycled the tank. It is only after cycling the tank that you developed a beneficial or nitrifying bacteria colony that can convert the ammonia to nitrites and then to nitrates.

If you have any fish in the tank, my only suggestion is to do more frequent water changes to keep the ammonia level under control such that it would kill the fishes.

Right now simply do more frequent water changes.

If you have fish it would help to add Ammolock. But adding ammolock with give your a false ammonia reading. When you add ammolock, the ammonia is converted to a less harmful ammonium. But ammonium is only a isotope of ammonia and the test will still reading them as ammonia.

Stress Zyme is a excellent product that I use. It is "suppose" to contain live bacteria to keep ammonia level down and add Stress Zyme. Ammolock is a waste of money since it really doesn't bring the ammonia level down.
