Does anyone have any suggestions what to feed my Green Terror Cichlids?

What do you think is a well balanced diet for a green terror cichlid that allows for the best color and health? Right now I am feeding them a diet of tropical flake food and freeze dried blood worms. They are still small so I am waiting to feed them large cichlid pellets.
Do you have any suggestions?
 
Tetra brand pellets are great and certain Manufacturer food stix are good to. Blood worms are great ... keep feeding them this its high in protein. Another is Krill or small shrimp. Stay away from feeders if you can unless you can get good and healthy goldfish. They love to be predators.
 
Ocean Nutrition makes a cichlid omni flakes that is for omnivorous and predatory cichlids.I feed it to my Jack Dempseys and they do great on it, and I feed the blood worms and the frozen worms you put on the side of the glass. Mine are big so I feed them guppies also.
