Hi! I really want to lose weight, it's summer and I want to look good in those shorts! Lol, I do eat well, no fattie/deep fried foods, lots of fruits and (some) veggies, no soda and I stick to mostly chicken. I really don't exercise though. In all honesty, I'm lazy and I don't like running or jogging at all! I'm also "blessed" in the chest region, so I feel ridiculous when I'm running in the gym. I'm a college student, and a Music Education major, so I have little to zero free time. I've tried swimming, but it really was just such a hassle to work my schedule around the free swim hours. Does anyone have any ideas of an exercise I could do, alone or with friends, that is going to help me get rid of this winter snow tire around my waist? Thanks so much!
