I really want to write a novel, but I just can't get my brain juices flowing. Does anyone have a few good suggestions of a story line??

Start off by writing about anything you want to write about, anything! This got me a head start. Start writing about your own life, like a biography, then add something different like:
When I was born...I had gained the power of fire!
Or:
When walking home from school one day, I bumped into a dragon!
Right when you come to a sentence you like, add more detail and add something different from life, you could make it anything you like. Add description and dialogue. Of course, the way I'm telling you to write is somewhat like Sci-Fi. [A.K.A. Science Fiction] But you can make it anyway you want! But make sure to make it original!

ok this one is really weird but i just thought of it off the top of my head a minute ago.
Someone is dying of cancer. But this isn't just another cancer story. It is about the emotions of the CANCER. how it feels inside the person's body, like it was a soul or a person. Emotions mostly, but you can tell it from the cancers point of view. what it is hearing and seeing and expiriencing. like it doesn't want to kill the person, but doesn't know how else to live.
ok that was strange, but new!

a girl and boy falls in love the boy gets her pregnant she starts wearing baggy clothes she's 3 months pregnant when her father finds out and they have an argument that makes her go in labour and her dad and mom goes upstairs to sleep leaving her in the kitchen in a early labour and then her boyfriend shows up and takes her to the hospital and the baby nearly dies

well i don't think its nice you take other people who want to writes ideas, however i don't mind sharing one of my ideas with you if you are willing to help me write the novel and so we can do it together.
my ideas aren't that bad and are fairly solid but i just lack the skills and knowledge to write some of them out.
