For my birthday I am going to have a glowing party. There will be door beads, glow sticks, necklaces, bracelets...etc. The party will be in my basement and we are putting in black lights , but the problem is the walls and carpet is white and I wanted to cover the walls so they are black...All I can think of is use like fabric, but fabric is really expensive these days and that's a lot of fabric. Does anyone have any ideas of what to use?
