My wife and I are hosting sort of a group Valentines Day dinner with our friends. We are going to have meat fondue as the main course. We have been to the melting pot and had a fondue, I am guessing now that it was a broth fondue now that I have looked a little into it. It was watery and flavorful, and delicious. It looked like they added some spices to the broth, too. Does anyone have a recipe for this, or even just know what kind of broth to use to make the fondue so flavorful and delicious? In the past we have only make cheese and chocolate fondues so we are new to meat fondue (except tempura). Any recipes or good sources would be very much appreciated!! Thanks!
