...Television screens EVER? my step dad's an asshole and tells me not to play the wii on the big screen in the living room because he says it messes up the colors........if u ask me, Bullshit!.....I've been playing video games all my life will all of my friends on a shit load of different televisions. and guess what, not a single television has ever messed up. please help me with some evidence.
 
if its plasma, then it wont affect it directly, but yes it does kill the lifespan of a plasma tv. also, if u leave it on long enough, it will burn an image into a high def tv, ESPECIALLY plasma. LCD isnt so much to worry about.

f.e., if u have a health bar, map, ammo, etc. showing on the screen while ur playing, the game itself may be moving around, but those images will show when somebody else is tryin to view, say the weather. itll show florida with a health bar on top of it. i had this problem with guitar hero. we played gh3 for hours when it first came out. now u see 2 parallel lines run up from the bottom where the fretboard was :*(
