does this work? i'm willing to work hard for results for a leaner ab. does this work though? like how many minute-hours do you have to work on this a day to see results? my mom already has the ab lounge soo dont tell me im gonna waste money. my mom hasnt really been on the ab lounge and she hasnt been workin out so i cant really tell if the ab lounge works or not.
