Hey guys Im, going to be a sophomore in college and my roommate made a bet with a hall mate that he couldn't walk onto the football team. We are a division I team in the MAC conference and aren't "amazing". I was wondering if anyone had had an actual Division I workout (schedule) and weightlifting regimen that i could possible see/get to share with him, and please voice ur experience on playing football. And if possible some reasonable bench marks for common football measurements such as 40 time, bp max, bp 225 reps, squat, dead lift, Vert etc. just any information would help.
