Does anyone else think this is creepy?

My teacher is 30 years old and im in 7th grade. Ive heard rumors that he "flirts" with his students and my guy friend says he was flirting with me and i assume its true because guys can uaually tell when other guys are flirting. Ive also heard that he looks down girls shirts when hes checking their work when looking over their shoulders. Another time when i was absent from schoool he gave me a note to tell me what we read in ourr books and what i had to make up and he put a weird winking face on the note. Also he talks really close to his female students. It happened to me once. I was talking to him and i was practically against the lockers because he was really really close. He teases me too sometimes. I dont think hes dangerous or anything but still i find this reallly strange and kind of creepy. Do you think hes weird or creepy and do you think the rumors ive heard are true??
 
Dont ever go off a rumor. If he is flirting with you, offer to have sex with him to get all As in class. I would in a second.
 
It does sound kind of creepy but you've also been fed information before actually experiencing it so there is the possibility that you're over-reacting.
