abused her is nothing more than a farce? It's been noted by several Psychiatrists, and Psychologists that there would have been some evidence in her past which would have insinuated Sexual Abuse, however there's none (if there had been, trust me when I say the Defense would have presented it). Is it possible that the accusation is merely a deterrent away from the truth? I believe it is. Where are the past signs of sexual abuse? Until Casey Anthony was charged with murder, no one, not even one friend, had a clue that she had been "sexually abused" by her father George and brother Lee. I think this itself speaks volumes. As a woman who has also been sexually abused as a child (not by a brother or father, rather adult male cousins), I find myself apprehensive towards her allegations. You would more than likely tell SOMEONE. Not to mention there would have been certain telltale signs that abuse had in fact occurred. I can't say 100% that she wasn't, but I lean towards a big fat no. This was nothing more than Casey and her defense team pulling the poor woe is me, I was sexually abused as a child by my father and brother and this is why I'm such a horrible, horrible human being act. I have four daughters of my own, and I have NEVER hurt them, nor would I EVER do anything to harm them.....and I was a VERY young mother (just 16 years old when I gave birth to my first daughter). So, in my opinion, she can take her "poor me, pitiful, crying act" and stick it. There's NO excuse for what happened, abused or not. Poor Casey - she was abused as a child and was so fearful of her abusive father George, that she concealed an "accident", all because her abusive, controlling father, who was a former Homicide Detective for 10 years, wanted to throw his beautiful Granddaughter who he loved more than anything (who no one can dispute the fact that he didn't love Caylee) down the road in the woods like today's trash. Give me a break! She is GUILTY of 1st Degree Intentional Homicide, period. She's a compulsive liar, thief and murderer. Her defense should have used the "Bipolar" card instead - now that would have been more believable.
