I have a Palm Pixi from Sprint and I have SO many problems with it! Just to list a few:
My camera does not take pictures. It just freezes and then I toss the screencard away and reopen it and it says error.
The sound on my phone rarely works. It doesn't ring when I get a call and only sometimes makes an annoying noise when I get a text (it's not even my ringtone!)
Every time I get a call, my phone shuts off and the the person's call goes to my voicemail
It dies all the time, even when I charge it for days, if I leave it on for the entire day (with the screen brightness turned all the way down) it will die before the end of the day.
It gets really hot! No other way to really describe it.
It takes about 15-30 minutes to turn it on. That would really suck if I was in an emergency.
There are more but the list could go on forever if I tried to list them all. I just want to know if anyone else has had problems with this type of phone (or any other phones by Palm). I didn't do anything to damage it like getting it wet or dropping it, it just stopped working one day. If anyone else was having problems with it, what did you do? I'm on the employee plan so I don't think I can just go and get it fixed without paying a hefty fee. I've already talked to the Sprint people and they told me the usual “restart your phone” and “go get it checked”
