Does anyone else have problems playing Call of Duty World at War for PS3 online?

It’s always either been 1 bar or 2 bars. If you know what I mean. it has been 3 bars on rare occasions. But only for a short while. Then it goes back to either 1 or 2 bars. It never stays on 3 bars for long.

I’ve been thinking about getting another PC. But will that make any difference? Or is my PC not the problem? If not then what is?
I mean, I look at everyone else’s connection, and there’s all look fine. But mine. I just wish I knew what to do about it.
 
Ive had a few problems. It's not your computer thats got the problem its since they have updated it for double xp weekend ive had the problem but it'll get sorted in a few days i reckon.
