Does anyone else have 2008 Mazda 5 suspension/bushing issues?

I have a 2008 Mazda 5 and have had very load creaking noise in the rear for at least 3-6 months.

It happens when I get out or into the car. When I am starting from a dead stop (i.e. traffic light). Or even when I am turning. It seems more prevalent at slower speeds.

We took it to the dealer twice and they claim there is nothing wrong or they don't know what the problem is. I know they are full of BS because I caught them whispering as I walked back into the shop.

And as "mazdatech" might claim it has nothing to do with an owners "bad" driving. Yes we try to avoid any major pot holes, but you can't avoid every little bump in the road. Plus I own a 2005 Mazda 3 also, and I beat the crap out of that thing and have no problems what so ever.

I'm 100% sure this wasn't caused by driving. Mazda has even put out a bulletin on suspension bushing issues. They admit there is a problem, Mazda just doesn't know how to fix it. I found this in the 1st minute of searching online. So Mazda is full of BS if they don't treat me with honesty.

Have any other 2008-2010 Mazda 5 owners had bushing problems?

Is there a fix for this?

I have a feeling the dealer doesn't want to fix anything because our warranty is up soon.
