Does anyone else find this form of feminist argumentation infuriating?

In discussing concepts of masculinity and femininity, this seems to perpetually come up. I'll give an example that is unquestionably biological rather than cultural to illustrate the absurdity of it:

Someone says that men tend to be taller than women.

A feminist replies, "Oh, so you're saying women can't be tall? You think all women are short? I know a girl who is 6'2" and taller than most guys plus I know a guy who is only 4'11", so there goes your theory! Stereotypes are so stupid!"

We're talking about tendencies, trends, not hard and fast rules about how all men or all women are.
