I have an LG Vu CU920 with AT&T. I also have an unlimited data plan on the phone. I can connect my phone to my laptop and use it as a wireless router. My question is, do I need to purchase an additional plan to browse the internet this way? A friend told me no, but I call AT&T and was told I needed to purchase a tether plan? (and additional $30 on top of the $30 unlimited plan I already have) Who has connected their phone to a PC for internet with AT&T? I don't want to have additional charges to my bill if I do use my phone as a modem. Please help! thank you!
