Does anybody take anti nausea med for anxiety?

Hi I was wondering if anybody take anti nausea medicine. I suffer from anxiety and one my symptoms of my anxiety is nausea . My doctor prescribe promethazine 25mg but I only take half of it. I also take paxil 30mg. I was wondering is it safe to take these two together. Has anybody here take these medicine together? let me know
 
I would assume that the doc who prescribed promethazine knew you were taking Paxil, correct?
