Does anybody remember a game from 2009 E3 show where the player flies straight up...

...and shoots at the enemy? I saw it demoed during the G4 TV coverage and it looked kind of cool. All I remember is the player was flying with the assistance of a jet pack or something, and they were flying up and shooting at the enemy. If anyone could tell me the name that would be great. I don't think it was an FPS, but a traditional third person view. Thanks.
