liquid crude would likely go first, but there is lots of other oil in harder-to-access places like oilsands, shale oil, deep-sea oil, oil in environmentally sensitive areas, which will take a long time to exploit (and be very expensive to do so).
I think the current thinking is that by about 2050 the 'light sweet crude' found in the persian gulf, russia, etc. would be mostly used up, but that even by 2100 there will still be oil left, however it would be the really expensive stuff left.
There is also natural gas, propane, etc. that is still left in the ground in addition to crude oil.
