Does anybody know what would be causing my bluetooth to disconnect from my cell?

I'll connect my bluetooth to my cell and it'll start disconnecting and reconnecting. When it disconnects I'll hear 2 beeps but when it reconnects I won't hear anything I know it reconnected because I'll hear 2 beeps again and it can't disconnect 2 times without reconnecting by itself and it's happening even when the battery is fully charged
