does anybody know what a high volume baker is?

I saw it on a job ad and was wondering what it could mean; i havent heard of that position ever before. Is it just like a baker, but someone with experience? Does anybody know??

A baker who is used to baking in high volumes, meaning lots and lots of baked goods due to a high volume of customer orders.
