So I think the story is set in older times in england like maybe 17th century or something. There is a girl and she grows up and her mom is alchoholic or something I can't really remember. Her little brother is deaf I'm pretty sure, and the mom sells him to be a chimney sweep for money. The girl has to go and find her brother in the city, and she ends up working as a cook or something while trying to find her brother. I think she falls in love or something...I can't remember! I'm pretty sure she does eventually find her brother, and they go home. Somebody help me this is driving me insane!!!!
