does anybody know of a reason why the samsung sgh-a737 would display the message

smartchip not allowed MM#3? i have an active account with at&t and it has been paid. i have tried doing a full eprom reset and that does nothing. it doesnt do that when i am in my home town but it does when i go somewhere else. please help me....and remember the best answer gets points:)
