I'm SHAHBAZ from sheffield. I've got a car MAZDA 6 TS DIESEL 2.0 Ltr (2005). It was driving fine until couple of months back when it started acting weirdly. It doesn't start at first time in the morning then after having it started it drives influently needs pumping to drive smooth. If foot taken off from the accelerator then the engine goes off. Again need atleast 5 minutes to get it started. When it's in the mood it drives like nothing happen to it but thats for only few days and it starts all over again. Taken to few garages but nobody could figured out the problem.
Fuel filter, fuel pump(back and front), oil filter, airlfilter, battery and Cam shaft sensor have been changed so far. Diagnosed it 3 times nothing shown up.
The last hope is the Crank shaft Sensor thats gonna cost me another 150-200 pounds including labour charge So just wondered to ask you could this(crank shaft sensor) be the problem?
By the way i must mention that all of this problem were started a month later when the Cam-Belt was changed. I'm not sure but i think there must be something went wrong while fitting the Belt. I'm not very technician So can't really figure out the problems.
Any help will be appreciated. Also, Please let me know the garage name and address around South Yorkshire who are specialised in Mazda.
Thank you very much.
