Does anybody know how to unlock a phone a Samsung SGH-M310L?

I can't use my phone anymore it says that the phone is locked that I shoult take it back to service, but I went to the store and told me can't help me with it!! IDK what to do.
My model is a Samsung SGHM320L a Pre-paid network service in El Salvador.
Can anyone help me!!???
