In Microbiology, we preformed the Hamburger experiment. We obtained the data after collecting samples that were left out at different intervals. The samples were diluted and mixed with agar and left to incubate for a couple of days. The bacteria on the plates were counted and the numbers obtained. The first plot should be the actual numbers of bacteria against time of incubation.
The problem is i don't know what to actually graph. i have the time variables and the number of bacteria... but i don't know how to put that on a graph.
The data below is what was collected. HOW do i graph that? Sorry if the columns are a bit scattered.

Dilutions: "a" is the first dilution, "b" the second, etc. a1 and a2 are duplicates of each other.* TNTC means too numerous to count. ND = not determined. The data are in order from longest incubation to shortest (left to right) and the dilutions for each sample are in order vertically from least dilute (top) to most dilute (bottom).
On the statement that says Plate" colony ct.....
ignore this
Each of the colonies are starting with the first ND and goes down... the time corresponds with the column.
