Does anybody know anything about The Cole Group?

I am in the hiring process for a new job. As part of the process, I have a telephone interview with an outside company called The Cole Group. I was told that the interview (concerning my past) will take place over the phone, for 5-10 minutes, and to be completely honest. I have never had to do this before to get a job, so I don't know what to expect. Do any of you know what they'll be asking me? Have you dealt with The Cole group before? Thanks.
