does anybody know about spring bling 2010 west palm beach? what time should i get there?

i live in west palm beach florida. i wanna go to spring bling this year because i heard its gonna be a ball and so much fun. i watch 106@park, and terrance j from the show says email riviera beach in the subject line to [email protected]. and youll get your free tickets. i sent the email and i recieved 106@park tickets lol. i know i sent the email right lol. so can i use the 106@park tickets they sent me to get into spring bling? i really wanna go this year because i havent had fun in so long! does anybody know where's the location going to be at? does anybody know what time should i get there and what time does it starts? someone plz help me!!
