I'm anxious on software that contain more than one web developement software. I need PHP, MySQL, Perl 5.8.0, and Apache or IIS.

I've recently downloaded XAMMP, http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html, which contains all of these requirements except IIS.
XAMPP is very much bugged as you can see here:
