Does anybody have any clue what the secret item for Final Fantasy 13 will be?

I got the PS3 version, and it came with a registration code for a secret item. I was wondering if anybody had any clue what it might be. Oh! And a walkthrough link would be very helpful as I am stuck on a certain boss....thanks!
