How do I change from turbo cap to the new turbo text? Everytime I try on the optus webpage and I click change to this offer or whatever it says it takes me into my account where I have to sign in then takes me to a page about linking your bill or something. Or can't you change the offer until after you recharge?... or do you do it before? someone please help.
