does anybody has an sample of a certificate of compliance in electrics for British...

...Standards? we done an electrical installation for somebody into a house and now they need a certificate of compliance in which it says that all our cables are in the right position and they are untouched and bla bla bla

so I need a sample for something like this because they need it for the electrical supplier so they can come and install an electrical meter
