Does anybody else own a Blackberry Storm 2?

Do you have problems with call quality, mine is virtually unusable as a phone to make and receive calls, the quality at each end can be terrible, sometimes it can be fine then it will deteriorate into a distorted garble, signal strength also seems to vary compared to other phones, mine is on the O2 network
