Does any1 know how u can find a sibling u havent spoken to for close to 16 yrs and they

only live an hour away? I haven't seen or spoken to my younger brother in several years. I am wanting to get into contact with him and get to know him and get him to know my husband and kids. I was placed in foster care at age 13 and never gotten to see him again. I'm not 26 and he is 24 with 2 sets of twins as I have 1 set. Please if someone out there knows how I can find him either my phone number etc please tell me. I have internet access but only on my cell plz help! I'm missing him
