Does any pictures of a 1983-1988 Ford Ranger 4X4 STX? From a trusted site.?

I can't seem to find any pictures of a Black and Grey Ranger (Grey with Black Fenders). the wheels were unusual too. Almost like the ones on the General Lee. I was told the wheels were American Racing Vector 2, but they weren't. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
