Does any phone do Internet really well?

Browsing on a phone is very redimentary as far as my experience has gone. Are there any that actually display the page as it was designed instead of summarizing it?
 
Most smartphones do such as the Windows Mobile Devices (HTC 8525, 8925), any Blackberry, Palm or Symbian device.

You could also use Opera Mini 4, which renders full HTML web pages on any phone.
